Being gluten sensitive myself, I love using the corn tortillas - I just throw them on our gas burner on the stove for a moment (hopefully only for a moment because...well they stink when they burn) but you have an instant wrap! But the seed bread sounds interesting.Good-Deeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10967733351794692498noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8475456066300656845.post-5138918036544098802010-07-13T12:08:03.487-06:002010-07-13T12:08:03.487-06:00You are doing it by choice!? Slowly we are joining him in much of this eating style as well...I'm lazy and don't want to cook 2 meals. But, I do miss cooking with cheese. I've been told that gluten free is pretty easy in Europe since there are many gluten intolerant people over there.

Notice I'm not working on that bedroom yet? I'm actually chatting with Camille's dad over in France on FB.

Hugs!!
ConnieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8475456066300656845.post-72385314534738504192010-07-09T14:52:08.413-06:002010-07-09T14:52:08.413-06:00Impressive! And don't think that I'll ever be able to totally give up meat, although my consumption is considerably lower now. It IS amazing how different foods affect us. Going to Germany w/your mom & AK should prove to be an adventure in eating... Maybe we'll be able to bring AK over to the dark side of eating now since she'll be outnumbered. :-)jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13065964843746001688noreply@blogger.com
