OMG, I know! Get THIS- even the mini wheats have high fructose corn syrup! We no longer by any freaking Kelloggs cereals anymore. We buy Trader Joes cereals exclusively. Way cheaper and no strange ingredients.
Hey- do you still use the crystal for deodorant? I am thinking of mixing my own homemade deo- a combo of baking powder and corn starch. Thoughts?
I made a deodorant out of cornstarch, coconut oil, and something else. Works great! I tested it by running 2 miles on the treadmill and making my unsuspecting husband give me a sniff. Let me know if you want the recipe, I can look it up.
My hair and I grew up in Worthington, Ohio. It's flat there. And humid. Very, very humid. In 2006 we moved to Colorado. It's hilly here. Mountainous even. And dry. Very, very dry. Stay tuned for more adventures with me and my hair.

You should have asked either Jean or Suzie. They can tell you the ingredients in everything. They are the Fructose police.
